Bodyheal's customer service is good HOWEVER, I had TWO FS6 socks ladder within days of receiving them, making them faulty. Despite sending in a photo of the faulty items, I was also told by BodyHeal that I had to send them a photo of them CUT UP, in order for them to get a credit from the distributor (GlobalFootCare) who would then get a credit from the manufacturer. I find this requirement to cut up a faulty sock, spiteful, wasteful, and unnecessary when the socks (whilst faulty) might have been of some use for another couple of weeks. What a disgraceful and disgusting policy.
