“The Item Purchased Achilles strap . The 2 rear silicon support are very ridged and after an hr or so causes pain on the Achille.. I had to pull them out and slice them in half placing the flat side facing the inside of the Support ... My recomendation is that that you use a softer more plyable silicon in the strap...”

“After searching all over the internet for this product or something similar for my mild foot and big toe drop from 2 failed L4/L5 surgeries, I decided that this company and this product would be the best choice and suit my issues. I paid a little extra for express post and was pleasantly surprised when it actually got delivered on time within the first 2 days of ordering it. Follow up e-mails from the company letting me know where on transit it was very helpful as well. The product I received was in excellent condition and so far so good.”

“I ordered a plastic foot cover for my showering after a foot operation. however, you delivered it to a local post office instead of leaving it at my front door. So fsr, have not been able to collect due to limited mobilit Will switch back to Amazon as they always leave parcel at front door. Why do you deliver to post office when you are delivering goods for people with limited mobility??? Definitely will not use your company again.”

We completely understand how a trip to the Post Office is the last thing you need when your mobility is limited. To answer your question, we always aim for door-to-door delivery. However, if a courier determines there isn't a 100% secure spot to leave the package hidden from the street, they redirect it to the Post Office to prevent it from being lost or stolen. Regarding your order: • Returns: If you are unable to collect the parcel, it will eventually be returned to us automatically by Australia Post. • Refund: As soon as the item arrives back at our warehouse, we will process a full refund for you so you don't have to worry about the return logistics yourself. We appreciate you trying an Australian company, and we are genuinely sorry we missed the mark this time. We wish you a very speedy recovery.

“I only received 1 of 2 items, had to wait a week despite paying for delivery in 1-2 days and item size is not as indicated in size guide. No reply to my email about only receiving one item, very disappointing.”
