“Exchange/refund process was seamless and easy (albeit a little slow on the refund). I was a little dissapointed that I didn't get the postage refunded, but overall an excellent platform. I will buy from them again.”

“Thank you for your service.communication so far was excellent. However, the shoe didn’t fit to my husband. He had naturally big feet. Now swollen, the upper part with dry zip wasn’t long enough to get around. For this reason I have to return it. Thanks, Kamila”

“I received package within 2days as paid express postage however it did not detail how to fasten belt if you had problems with the Sacro joint as had to wait almost 4 days before she was able to show me how to do it.”
