Hi It may have been my fault, but the socks i received were way too small to even attemp to put on. I am a australian size 11 foot

Delivery was slow. Had to drive 50km to collect from PO Was not expecting that.

Hello Llew! Thank you for your feedback. Sorry to hear that you had to drive to the post office to pick up your parcel/order. Unfortunately, in things like that, we don't have any control. Once the driver sees that there is no safe place to leave the parcel they will forward that to Australia Post, Post Office. This is to prevent your parcel from getting stolen/damaged or lost. My review is still okay because I have had an just exchange for the size between small and medium not gonna change in more than three weeks that’s not right I bought it from your shop 3 belt ???

Hi Bakri! Thank you for your feedback. Sorry to hear the product did not fit and we weren't able to accept your return. As per our email, Unfortunately, the item you returned to us doesn't have the original packaging as required by our returns policy. The reason we require the original packaging is that it has the barcode, product information and important medical disclaimers. Without the original packaging, the product cannot be processed by our warehouse or resold, therefore it can't be accepted by us. We hope you understand and appreciate our stance. I'm sure you appreciated receiving the product brand new with its original packaging. We have tried to make our returns policy as flexible as possible by allowing customers to try on the products to judge fit and suitability. 99% of the time returns are received in great condition and therefore we have been able to process refunds or exchanges without issue. However, in some rare situations (such as this) we aren't able to accept returns due to the condition of the product or packaging. We have returned this product at our cost back to you. Delivered late despite paying extra for express delivery. Product was not fit for purpose and provided no back support.

Hi Relle, Thanks for leaving a review. I see your order was placed on Sunday morning. Therefore your order was dispatched promptly on Monday morning and it was delivered on Wednesday. On our website, we state Express Post takes 2-4 business days and your order was delivered in 2 business days. I believe it's extremely harsh to claim that it was late as it was delivered within the timeframe stated. https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/details/33F8Q552571301000960807 Secondly, in regards to the brace itself. There are so many variables with injuries that 1 product can't provide relief to everyone who tries it. This is why we have a return policy (with free exchanges) so that customers can try a product to see if it will suit their needs. If it doesn't they can return or exchange it for something else. Product was packaged very poorly. There were lose threads throughout the item when it first arrived.

Hi Annika! Thank you for your feedback. Sorry to hear that the product and packaging did not match your expectations. The satchels that we use for the product packaging that we generally use are recyclable and also produce less wastage than cardboard boxes. Which is the second benefit as customers are more selective about who they purchase from and the footprint they leave. 90% of our parcels are delivered fine which is why we have decided not to ship in cardboard boxes. We realise that some customers may be purchasing the product as a gift and can't risk any damage during transit. This is why we do offer the option to send the item in a cardboard box for just $1.50 extra that every customer gets offered on our cart page before checkout. We've found that most customers throw away the product packaging after they start using the product so it's not as important as the price they pay in their decision. Hope this answers your concern. Rest assured that all our products are brand new and if the satchel was sealed then there's no chance it's been opened during transit. What I received is NOT WHAT I WAS LOOKING AT or what I ordered, the sling that I end up receiving is ok, it does the job but the strap around the neck needs a lot of redeveloping to improve the comfit of wearing the sling. The one I was looking at and ordered was the one that had velcro to attach the neck strap to the front of the sling just behind the wrist. Delivery was very fast it only took a couple of days.

You purchased on Sunday, so your order was not shipped until Monday. This is something we have tried to make very obvious on our website. We have a COVID-19 Shipping update banner across every page at the top and our shipping page also has this information. https://www.bodyheal.com.au/pages/shipping-delivery https://www.bodyheal.com.au/pages/covid-19-corona-virus-update Unfortunately, this is how deliveries are nationwide at the moment due to COVID-19 but especially worse in NSW and VIC. AusPost is continuously short-staffed and so are the staff for every other courier in Australia. Express Post also relies on domestic planes flying, this is also something that has not been happening due to border closures. If there are fewer planes flying then there are fewer parcels moving as per our previous email. https://auspost.com.au/service-updates/current-covid-19-impacts We recommend having a look at the AusPost website. They say for parcels from VIC to QLD can take up to 3-7 business days with Express Post and 11 business days for Standard Post. So your delivery is still much quicker than standard shipping. Although the product might be great quality. I picked one that should of fit due the pics but it didn’t. It took 3 weeks for turnaround and by the time I got it I had two days left until the casts came off. I took the suggested replacement but it was nearly up to his armpit. And my 11 yr old felt uncomfortable using it. It clearly didn’t fit. So wasted money and time. But sad really.

We recommended getting the measurement first to make sure that the suggested product will fit your 11-year-old as this is an adult version for the cast cover. As you can see from our reviews for this product that quite a vast majority of customers are happy with the cast cover and it provides the protection that they need. Hi Carlene, Thanks for leaving a review. I can see that your item is on it's way. I think that you may have missed our important holiday delivery information on the website. During that week we recommended Express Post and we were even offering a $5 discount code which would've made Express Post free. This is the busiest period of the year which includes multiple public holidays, we tried to make this known so that expectations are managed. Since your order there has been 4 business days of transit time with another coming (New years day). So unfortunately this is the reason for the delay. On top of that, the bushfires have also caused delays in the Australia Post network. We expect your order to be delivered by the end of the week. Apologies for the inconvenience.

I initially ordered the medium size compression socks- which were too tight, then the large - still too tight & has caused more problems than they solved - at side nearest toes - affected the bone. I have narrow delicate feet.

What looked like an excellent unit turned out to be a total waste of money. The lack of adjustment to the fitting rendered this unit unwearable. Money we could have put to better use.

Good service, but knee pad outer material isn't strong enough. Fitted my son comfortably, but disappointingly got a hole in one of them when he landed on it during the 2nd game he used them.

The product I ordered was black in all the pictures. There was no option to select the colour I wanted. When i received my product it was bright blue. Bit disappointed but apart from that price reasonable and decent delivery time. Plus added bonus of direct banking.
