Service re purchase and delivery was ok. However product didn't appear to have instructions on how to us the brace. I.e. where to place the firm rib on the limb.

It should have been made a bit more clear that when you order the post operative shoes it’s actually only one shoe. I received one shoe, and after I figured it out, I went to order a second shoe, and they were out of stock. I know it’s my fault, but I think there should be a bigger disclaimer that only one shoe comes.

It would have worked well I am sure but can’t get it over my cast . The opening isn’t big enough to accommodate my rather bulky half cast from toe to just under my knee cap .

I was very happy with he quick delivery and the clear instructions for the product. What I don't understand or appreciate is them expecting a review of the product after a few days. This is a medical device and it will take a while to know how effective it is. It is simply ridiculous to expect a positive review so early.

I suppose everything was excellent, but I have received my knee guard, and after buying the largest possible. It doesn’t fit.I can’t get it over my calf let alone onto my knee. So disappointed. Not sure what to do now.

Unfortunately due to the unprecedented situation at the moment with COVID-19, Australia Post is suffering from congestion in their network. There's only so much we can do in situations like this, we use Australia's best and most trusted delivery service but they're facing issues mostly due to COVID restrictions and factor in the fact that your order was shipped out during the holiday season. Postage was slow..paid for express but aus post are overwhelmed due to covid so not body heals fault. They refunded the shipping component. Automated email regarding query is annoying.

I hope that the refund for the express post was able to compensate for the frustration you experienced with your delivery. However, we clearly stated on our website / COVID Page at that time that Australia Post is experiencing delays due to countrywide restrictions and those are just estimated deliveries. It was also shipped the morning after your order was placed around 8pm local time, which is in line with our performance check. September and October were notoriously bad months for Australia Post. You can see our COVID shipping page which we have linked to from every single page on our website. Is it good for 2020 standards? No definitely not, but given what the situation was like in VIC we're fairly satisfied. Regarding returns, we have all the information here. https://www.bodyheal.com.au/pages/return-exchange You can see that we have a returns portal that effortlessly spits out a return label so it's easy for our customers. The link to our returns page can be found on our website, at the top and the bottom. Your delivery also has instructions for returns too. There can be confusion when a customer opts to return it themselves. As we have no way of tracking it. We received your return last week and sent an email with some suggestions, as it seems like you would like an exchange. So we're awaiting your response. There's only so much we can do in situations like this, we use Australia's best and most trusted delivery service but they're facing issues mostly due to the restrictions in Victoria & NSW. Did you know that at any stage there are 500-1000 AusPost workers isolating as they may have been exposed? They are continuously short-staffed at the moment. We have had a notice on every page that links to our Corona Virus page warning our customers that delays are possible especially with free standard shipping. This is why we have been recommending Express Post. AusPost is facing delays all through the network, some delays are significant. These delays have affected our reputation, but believe me, we're trying our best to be as transparent as possible. About 80% of our parcels are still getting delivered in a reasonable amount of time. The size chart is the manufacturer's recommended size chart and it is accurate for the vast majority of our customers. However, like any garment, there are exceptions such as yourself. Everyone is made differently so it's difficult to have one size guide that is 100% accurate for everyone. We have a 30 days returns policy that allows our customers to try on our products to judge fit. So there is an opportunity for all our customers to return it back to us for exchange if they think it's not a good fit for them and need another size. The service was good but the products (compression socks) were way too small for the advertised size. We did measure the users feet to be certain.

Bodyheal's customer service is good HOWEVER, I had TWO FS6 socks ladder within days of receiving them, making them faulty. Despite sending in a photo of the faulty items, I was also told by BodyHeal that I had to send them a photo of them CUT UP, in order for them to get a credit from the distributor (GlobalFootCare) who would then get a credit from the manufacturer. I find this requirement to cut up a faulty sock, spiteful, wasteful, and unnecessary when the socks (whilst faulty) might have been of some use for another couple of weeks. What a disgraceful and disgusting policy.

H! Thank you for your feedback. We're glad that you are happy with the foot sleeves you order. However, we are sorry for the inconvenience regarding the faulty product you received We work very closely with our brands when it comes to faulty complaints. As you can see from our reviews for this product that quite a vast majority of customers are happy with the foot sleeves and it's helped the pain and support plantar fasciitis. This rarely happens. We understand that you are upset with the Os1st Policy however every brand has its own requirements for replacements/refunds and this is their policy. They require the existing product to be unusable in order to process a replacement. It's a way to prevent fake complaints or people doubling up on the sleeves. Also, instead of requiring the sleeves back they instead would like the sleeves destroyed. I believe the reason they choose to do this is to save shipping costs. That way they're still satisfying Australian Consumer Law while also preventing the consumer from doubling up. Asking for the replacement sleeves back would have the same effect as asking you to cut them up, with the added "bonus" of saving shipping cost from their end. The sleeves themselves can no longer be re-sold or anything like that so they would end up being destroyed anyway. However, we did send you a prepaid return label so you can have it returned as per your request but you proceeded in cutting them up. We are not sure what happened. Anyway, as we aim to keep our customers happy we have processed a replacement right away via express post and which you have received already. Sent to wrong state when address clear. Have worn Sacroiliac Belt for a while now and already misshaped. Works a treat but I suggest like most things nowadays short product life.

Hello Ed Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the delay and trouble this has caused you. As mentioned in our emails the reason the parcel was incorrectly sent to a different state and eventually returned back to us is that the part of the label with your shipping address was torn off. Unfortunately, AusPost is responsible for not handling the parcels with care. However, we did ship out a replacement ASAP which was shipped out on the 3rd of February and you have received the replacement the next day, the 4th of February. As for the belt being misshapen, Was it washed recently? The recommended method of washing is hand wash with cold water.
