Bodyheal's customer service is good HOWEVER, I had TWO FS6 socks ladder within days of receiving them, making them faulty. Despite sending in a photo of the faulty items, I was also told by BodyHeal that I had to send them a photo of them CUT UP, in order for them to get a credit from the distributor (GlobalFootCare) who would then get a credit from the manufacturer. I find this requirement to cut up a faulty sock, spiteful, wasteful, and unnecessary when the socks (whilst faulty) might have been of some use for another couple of weeks. What a disgraceful and disgusting policy.

H! Thank you for your feedback. We're glad that you are happy with the foot sleeves you order. However, we are sorry for the inconvenience regarding the faulty product you received We work very closely with our brands when it comes to faulty complaints. As you can see from our reviews for this product that quite a vast majority of customers are happy with the foot sleeves and it's helped the pain and support plantar fasciitis. This rarely happens. We understand that you are upset with the Os1st Policy however every brand has its own requirements for replacements/refunds and this is their policy. They require the existing product to be unusable in order to process a replacement. It's a way to prevent fake complaints or people doubling up on the sleeves. Also, instead of requiring the sleeves back they instead would like the sleeves destroyed. I believe the reason they choose to do this is to save shipping costs. That way they're still satisfying Australian Consumer Law while also preventing the consumer from doubling up. Asking for the replacement sleeves back would have the same effect as asking you to cut them up, with the added "bonus" of saving shipping cost from their end. The sleeves themselves can no longer be re-sold or anything like that so they would end up being destroyed anyway. However, we did send you a prepaid return label so you can have it returned as per your request but you proceeded in cutting them up. We are not sure what happened. Anyway, as we aim to keep our customers happy we have processed a replacement right away via express post and which you have received already. Sent to wrong state when address clear. Have worn Sacroiliac Belt for a while now and already misshaped. Works a treat but I suggest like most things nowadays short product life.

Hello Ed Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the delay and trouble this has caused you. As mentioned in our emails the reason the parcel was incorrectly sent to a different state and eventually returned back to us is that the part of the label with your shipping address was torn off. Unfortunately, AusPost is responsible for not handling the parcels with care. However, we did ship out a replacement ASAP which was shipped out on the 3rd of February and you have received the replacement the next day, the 4th of February. As for the belt being misshapen, Was it washed recently? The recommended method of washing is hand wash with cold water. The service was good, and prompt delivery. But will return these gloves, as they are not comfortable, are too tight, but have decided that I really do not need them.

Hi! Thank you for letting us know. We sincerely apologize for the delay, Your order was dispatched promptly on the 18th of September. We understand that you are expecting the product to get delivered faster unfortunately due to the unprecedented situation at the moment with COVID-19, Australia Post is suffering from congestion in their network. We are still dispatching orders promptly every business day however the issue has been Australia Post. There's only so much we can do in situations like this, we use Australia's best and most trusted delivery service but they're facing issues mostly due to the restrictions in Victoria. We've had a header notice on our website since the end of March to inform customers that there are delays at the moment and to factor in the extra shipping time before they purchase. About 80% of our parcels are still getting delivered in a reasonable amount of time. Again we sincerely apologize for the delay and we appreciate your patience during this tough time.

Hi Carmelle, Sorry you had trouble receiving the parcel. I checked your order and I have figured out what happened. Our system co-ordinates with Australia Post to make sure addresses are correct and in the right format. They like it when addresses start with a number following by street name. So your apartment building name was automatically taken out during this process. However the address stayed the same and it should still have been delivered fine. Moving forward for apartment building names you can use the company field which will ensure that the apartment name shows at the top. Apologies again for the inconvenience.

Hello again. We're Australian owned and operated and we only within Australia. All the positive feedback we have accumulated over the years for these gloves is from Australians too. The gloves are designed to be quite tight so they provide the compression that they are designed for. This can be uncomfortable for a few, which is why we have a returns policy to accommodate. Furthermore everyone is built differently, the sizing guide is accurate for more than 90% of our customers. However like any apparel, there are exceptions to the case such as yourself. Socks I bought were very comfortable and have helped my arthritic condition I thought the first pair were a bit tight after going back and checking the box it turns out I had been sent one medium And one large pair I had ordered 2 large!! I didn’t send them back because I had worn them but your order / picking/ dispatch process could work a little better for $45 socks!

Good idea however the support offered is not as stable as I would have hoped. The knee brace I purchased needed wider Velcro to stable the knee from the top and bottom. It was comfortable just not very supportive.

My purchase seems to be genuinely helping my back problems. It grows uncomfortable throughout the day though. I have the right size for my build but it just pinches at times and I am certainly conscious of it. I am wearing it as it seems to be really helping me but if this product could be really comfortable it would mean a lot.

Service was geat and prompr but we were disappointed the product had a hole in it after not much use which we believe was a manufacturing result and after sending away photos, the product was not replaced. Very dissapointing

The splint is not much good to me 1)I work a five hour shift and you say only to wear it for 2-3 hours at a time 2)It makes my hand sweat so I came out in a rash.

Hi I measured my foot as asked and got the right size, but found the sleeve took so long to put on it was so tight, my daughter an occupational therapist had to help me, but she does ;not live at home - lives an hour away so yep almost impossible for me by myself to put on.
