We were disappointed that a stock error meant we could not get the item we wanted (black coloured item). BodyHeal communicated the error, apologised and offered an alternative colour which fortunately we were able to proceed with. There was only minor delay. Disappointed we couldn’t get the black as preferred but having some product rather then none at all is what mattered in this situation.
