Delivery was very quick. The back compression support was thin enough to wear under clothes. I have only worn it once and it didn't slip down like the custom made one did. The only problem was that My waist measurement suggested that i purchase either a medium or large. Luckily I purchased the large which is just big enough. In hindsight I think an extra large would be better
