This company provides the best level of customer service I've ever experience. I ordered a back support and it arrived 2 days later - very quick considering where I live. However it turned out to be the wrong size, so I reuested an exchange. This request was approved almost immediately and, when I had a bit of a problem completing the online form, their customer service solved it for me on the spot. I could not have asked for better service. I'm very impressed and would recommend them to anyone looking for the type of products they provide.
