The service from order taking (by phone to delivery in 2 days was first class) I found the tracking very convenient. The highest praise is for the product. I played golf this morning using the knee brace for the first time on a golf course. I did not have any pain or inconvenience and I will shortly be placing an order for a brace for the other knee.
