I posted them back and within 2 days had received the new pair in the right size. Such a simple and quick, no fuss exchange service! As for the knee pads, well these are the second pair I've purchased for my son - he completely wore through the last pair. He wears them for all his basketball games and trainings and enjoys knowing if he's knocked down, he's not getting bruised (which happens easily) and he says they're comfortable to wear and play in.
