I bought 3 of these to keep in rotation for the next 6 weeks to treat my de Quervain's disease (I have to keep my thumb/wrist spinted for 24 hours a day for 6 weeks). They arrived the day after I ordered them (via express post) and fit nice and snugly on my hand and wrist. My thumb and wrist feel very supported and it's going to make healing much easier.
