Sizing accurate, unfortunately my sons knee is max of medium brace measurement and bottom of large brace measurement but brace is awesome, has provided superb support allowing my son to keep playing and allowing his knee to heal and strengthen!!!!! Great support and movement while playing both field and indoor hockey!
