I placed an order worth around €250, and one of the items, worth €100, was out of stock. They immediately reached out to me before shipping and gave me the option to choose a replacement. The replacement item I picked was actually worth over €150, and they still shipped it to me without asking for any extra payment!
That level of customer service is rare these days.
10/10 — I’ll definitely only be ordering from them.
