If I could give negative stars I would. Awful customer service. My package said arrived and I never received it. I emailed the company and they told me to contact usps. I attempted to but they denied my request as I had no information such as type of packaging, address it was shipping from or anything. This dress was supposed to be for my wedding rehearsal. I’m very disappointed in this company and would advise you to shop elsewhere for any important event or if you actually want what you pay for.
