I placed an order for 2 items on February 21st 2019. Their policy says processing time takes 2-7 days but it is now March 11th and one item has “shipped” but the tracking number is invalid. The other item is still “processing” even after 12 business days. The company does not respond to my emails about when the parcel will arrive. I will never order from here again.
