I received a dress that was not even wearable or even close to the dress I ordered (after it taking a month to get to me). I have been going back and forth with customer service via email and they told me that the dress was un-refundable. They then offered me a free item in place of the dress but I would have to pay shipping which is almost $30 for 2 items. It is very frustrating and if I could give them no stars I would. Do not buy from them!
