I needed to return a dress but had an issue with the email address that I purchased it under, so I contacted them from an alternate email address with all my info needed to email me a shipping label before the 15 day return window closed and it took days to get a response to which they responded with, "how can I help you?" AFTER I had already explained my problem in full detail, pretty clearly. Still waiting on ACTUAL help.
