It took a month to receive the product, which was a thin and see through maxi dress. For eight days, I emailed with customer service, seeking a return address so I can receive a refund. They refused, saying the dress does not meet the refund policy because it was a sale item. I do not believe the $51 maxi dress was not on sale on the day I purchased it, but now it looks as if it is discounted from the markup price of 199. Their entire web page was different. Extremely disappointed with my experience at Boho Factory. Poor quality and unwilling to accommodate a return and refund.
