They sent me a dress vaguely resembling the dress I ordered. When I asked for a refund, they simply addressed their refund policy "sale items cannot be returned." And failed to even acknowledge my complaint that the dress is not even the same shade as the photo let alone the cut is completely wrong! I would never trust this store.
