Item was not exactly what was pictured, it said “Sherpa” but a cheap fleece fabric came instead. They obviously took the picture from another website and tried to sell an item that looked similar. Two weeks after ordering I emailed asking about my shipment that was “shipped two weeks ago” and it was still not shipped. It finally shipped from China three weeks afterwards when I reached out a second time. Then the item took weeks to come to me. Customer service was bad a replying, and incorrect. They only answer some emails, and sent me the wrong information when they did. I would never order from this website again, it took six weeks to get my item that wasn’t even what I ordered:( so sad because the pictures seem so cute!
