Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND. Worst refund policy I have ever seen.
Also, despite the fact that Boho Factory DID NOT DELIVER some items I actually paid for - they refuse to refund relevant amount. Instead, they keep offering a discount or voucher - which I am not interested in and have repeatedly declared so. Seems their customer service responses are generated by robot. In any case, terrible service and experience.
