ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! I ordered a dress, then within minutes tried to cancel it; emailed their customer service, they told me they would take care of it, then a few days later said that it had already been processed and shipped. I asked them how that was possible since I emailed literally within minutes and got a response within 24 hours.
