Boho-Factory is a terrible company who ignore reasonable requests from their customers. I have now sent 4 emails, 4 social media message and still no response! I have an ill fitting outfit which has been due to be returned for nearly a month now and still no sign of Boho-Factory contacting me. Disgusting customer service, totally against their so-called values! STEER CLEAR!
