All the reviews I read prior to ordering said if they ordered according to the size chart they had no problem so I did so. Unfortunately that was not correct information. I wear a size 11 normally and ordered the extra large- it was way to small and they would not do a refund because the item was on sale. I really like their selection however I will not order from them again.
