I really loved your 14 days free yoga and meditation classes, that's why I decided to sign in for your ASCENSION class! I hope I can start it today! On sunday I did a really nice upper body and arms class with Mark, that I would like to continue to do and show to some of my male friends, that are not open for yoga yet! I love your videos and your choosing wonderful sites, making me travel... Lots of love and thanks for your nice motivating letters as well!!!
