I recently purchesed Transform and just started out the program. I have been following Julianna for a long time now so I knew this would be a safe bet. Transform is everything I love about her style. Quite intense but never overwhelming, tiring or boring. Just the perfect fitenss-yogalates-working out mix. I haven’t been focusing on my strenght and resistence for a long time, and now I have been regaining this healthy feeling that comes from pushing harder. Couldn’t been happier with this purchase.
