I’m 38 years old and never even thought of doing yoga ever. I had some bad back problems at the beginning of the year and my wife introduced my to your videos.
It has been slow going but my body feels stronger and more flexible plus I find it really relaxing and it’s nice to do your classes with my wife.
A year ago if someone had told me to do yoga, I would have said no way, but I’m really enjoying it.
Part of this is to do with you videos so thank you very much.
