I have a busy life and have limited time for workouts. I had been working out with Boho Beautiful on YouTube for a bit now. I bought the transform series to give me structure so I didn't have to think about what would be my next workout. I didn't have much weight to loose, but these videos gave me the ability to tone up. When I go to a local yoga class, I am able to perform better and these videos have given me the ability to do this.
