I love everything about these programs. They inspire with beauty in the magical surroundings they’re filmed in, transporting my energy to those exotic places and feeling one with nature in my living room. Juliana’s graceful yet playful nature makes class nurturing with the right bit of challenge. The Pilates fusion classes really fire up my muscles and improve the little kinks in my kinetic chain while the yin yoga provides balance and inward reflection. Thank you Mark and Juliana for your continued creativity and dedication to this work.
