Absolutely loved this program! It was the first one I have purchased even though I have been following you guys since 2016! I loved the meals as they were with many basic ingredients that are easy to include, the yoga classes were the perfect level of challenging and calming. But most importantly, I watched the first the intro videos and cooking videos with my boyfriend and it encouraged him to start his journey towards veganism!! He saw how passionate you were and how simple it can be and started doing his own research! He even tried a yoga video because he saw how much I benefited from the program.
