As a project manager who works in a global business environment, I need to maintain a very flexible work schedule. Based in the US East, I am often working with Associates from Asia, Europe and the US. In order to accommodate all of those time zones, I work from my home office and I need to be very flexible with my work hours. Boho Beautiful has been part of my life since 2016. I was drawn to Juliana and Mark's work because their YouTube videos were better than others. A key difference for me was the way Juliana narrated her instructional practice, as opposed to trying to give instruction by wearing a microphone and instructing while practicing, which most times results in muffled, inconsistent sound quality. As I have grown in my practice through Juliana's instruction, I felt a desire for longer, deeper practice sessions. I found that through the Boho Beautiful website. The longer practices include familiar movements from my experiences with the YouTube videos and new poses that challenge me in the manner I was seeking. Because of the online nature and high quality production of the content, I am able to practice in my home office when my schedule allows. I have found absolute value in Boho Beautiful through both yoga and guided meditation. I strongly recommend Juliana and Mark. I am grateful to them for committing their lives to helping others.
