I have been using the "Boho Beautiful in Ten Days" series for about 8 months now (just keep repeating the 10 days). This is the longest I have every consistently kept up with working out/yoga in my life, which is a testament to how great the program, and Juliana, are! The 20 minute workouts are challenging and get my heart rate up and then the 20 minutes of yoga are a great way to ensure I stretch/relax/unwind. I enjoy the whole program but I think its the yoga videos that keep me looking forward to doing the program (almost) every day!
