I have followed Boho Beautiful since their beginning on you tube. I have bought their amazing programs as well. I truly believe it has enhanced my life in many aspects like reducing stress, increasing flexibility and fitness as well learning how to be present on and off the mat. Boho beautiful easily became a daily routine for me. I also love the ability of having the video downloads with me everywhere I go, where I don’t have access to the internet (vacations, the beach, parks) I never miss a day.
