Your yoga videos are such a large part of my life. Stepping onto my mat in my living room and flowing through the poses listening to your direction Juliana calms every nerve in my body bringing me back to a center I tend to lose throughout my busy days. Being able to create this space at home with my kitty cat cruising around doing his own yoga moves alongside me on my mat is simply heaven some days.
