Great workout program, I love the yoga workouts but frequently visit the pilates and yin programs as well. I travel a lot with work and with sometimes just an hour left before bedtime, these workouts are fantastic. Running on a threadmill just before bedtime will ruin my sleep, but the yoga workouts are tough and calming. I am 5,5 months pregnant and can almost follow all classes, i just modify some of the twists and some exercises when you are to lay on the belly.
