Hi! I'm very happy to send you a positive comment and tell you my story. When I bought you videos, I was working in a hospital in Mozambique with people living with HIV. Every day, after the hard work, I went to my house and practice yoga with you. You help me a lot because in that moment, myself was the last thing within my list of priorities, but during the practice, I was able to focus a little bit of attention on myself.
