I really love your videos, especially the pilaties and this program is no exception. I very much enjoyed the length of the classes, that is what makes them really different from the ones on YouTube. I had just gotten back from an intense pilaties retreat in Thailand and though I would buy this program for myself to keep up on my practice. This is definitely not a beginner program but what’s great is that if you do the free YouTube videos then you can push yourself better in these classes. Just one thing, it would be nice to get completely different moves on the programs, than the ones on YouTube, it would just make it a little more special. Other than that this is a great program!
