I do practice the yin yoga classes with Juliana since a couple of years. I do have to admit that I sometimes have longer breaks not doing it but I always come back to her classes as I can really feel very fast that it helps my body and also my mind to feel way better. I can calm down and my body gets more flexible which helps release pain that you might have any body part. You especially feel a rapid impact when you stick to it consistently. I haven't found a better yoga teacher and class since then and I will keep on recommending it to everyone who is interested.
