I LOVE BOHO BEAUTIFUL! I started the online pilates classes a year and a half ago. I've been doing them 5 days per week along with my regular workout routine. Most take only 20 minutes, which is great. I've never felt more flexible or had this much core strength. I've noticed running has become easier because of it as well. I've shared boho beautiful with all of my friends, who are all now addicted, and I even do the workouts when on vacation.
