I started doing the Boho Beautiful yoga videos on YouTube over a year ago and fell in love with them. Then I pre-ordered the "Transform" program and have been doing the program faithfully since January. Then I was so excited about the "Detoxify" program and pre-ordered it. I have really enjoyed all of Juliana's workouts. I wake up craving yoga and the way it makes me feel. I have also been surprised at how much I have improved in strength and flexibility. Taking the time to do these exercises really helps me take on my chaotic day. I adore Juliana and she's helped me realize I can do hard things and push myself to my fullest potential! Thank you!
