I've recently purchased the Detoxify program and followed both the diet guidelines and the 7 days yoga program and found them fantastic combined together.
The classes had a slower and more meditative pace to them than expected. Nevertheless, I still found them unexpectedly challenging and the yin practices were just beautifully put together.
Of course, as usual, the choice of surroundings, music and filming were exceptional.
