I bought the 10 day Program after I had been using the free YouTube movies for a while.
I am very happy to always be able to play Juliana, for a fitness, a slow down yoga session or a mind southing meditation session. Ideal for a ten day in row training or a feel good moment when traveling. The extra free videos on the website keep on inspiring.
I might not succeed in everyday practice all year round or be a 100% vegan, but I am conscious and I try. Thanks for inspiring and keep up the good work!
