As a result of doing the Boho Beautiful videos on YouTube I am in the absolute best shape of my life at 45 years old. I started off 3 days a week for 15-20 min, gradually worked my way up to every single day, and then to doing the 21 day challenges. The process has been a five year journey. I purchased the pink stone necklace to show my support because which I LOVE because other than that I have changed my physical appearance for free. I have passed the channel on to every person who has asked me how I got in the shape I’m in. I am forever grateful to the Boho Beautiful Chanel and brand.
