I read a review of Boho Beautiful in Surf Girl magazine (UK) so I checked out their YouTube channel, I had no idea this moment would transform my life! I have now been doing one or two of your videos everyday for nearly a year, I've dropped a stone in weight and my fitness level and muscle tone have never been this good before and I'm 45 years old. I tried a few other on-line classes but I always come back to Boho Beautiful because they are the best. Clear instruction, good demonstration and beautiful locations. I have purchased the Retreat program and I can't wait to start it.
