Boho Beautiful has brought so much value into my life! I have many years experience in health and fitness, but I'm newer to yoga and meditating. I love how much variety BB offers in their YouTube Channel and in their programs you can purchase. So far I've completed their Transform program—wow, it kicked my butt (and that's saying a lot with the progressive fitness & weight training experience I have). And the Guided Meditations (one of my FAVORITE meditation practices—J&M please make more of these!). There are also several free meditation videos on YouTube and those are equally good. Nothing in the programs you purchase is found on their channel, and I love that you get brand new stuff when you buy from them. Plus so many free classes on their channel to also choose from. The breathtaking places they film at brings the perfect vibe for the training. Juliana's voice perfectly and beautifully guides you through the workouts and meditations.
