It has been a few days since i started the boho beautiful “complete” program. It is consisted of 12 lessons 45min each.. Four of them are pilates yoga, four are yoga workouts and the rest four is yin yoga which is a series of stretching poses holding 4 minutes per pose. Im really enjoying the program and i surely recommend it. I haven’t completed it yet to see the results but each lesson is pretty tiring so i suggest to stick to Juliana’s guidelines and take the day offs suggested in order to make it through. The only thing i didn’t like is that there are separate intro videos for each lesson ( in my opinion unnecessary) that leave you with the impression that there is a lot more stuff to see or do in the program, which is not the case at all. Apart from that this is overall a 5 stars work and good value for money. Recommended 100%!
