Brought 3 pairs of jeans at the beginning of April had to send them back as I needed a bigger size. Hermes came and collected them to returned to the company. I’m still awaiting a refund of £54, when I contacted customers services the member of staff said that PayPal were bouncing the refunds and that a manager was trying to sort out the problem. I contacted PayPal and apparently this isn’t the case the problem is Bonmarche so I have now had to open a dispute to get a refund through PayPal. Won’t be using the online service again with Bonmarche if refunding people is going to be such a problem, such a shame as I always trusted this company. Looking online there are many customers who are also experiencing problems with getting refunds. Very poor and disappointing
