would have given this supplier a minus but it wouldn't allow me! This firm is incompetent. I ordered 2 items. One item was delivered and was dreadful and gave it back and got a refund. The 2nd item by Izabel London has not been delivered and they couldn't even find my order. The tracking number is invalid.If I had known it was Evri who was making this delivery I wouldn't have ordered from them. I have experienced such dreadful service from them and the same with Bon Marche who use this delivery firm

Horrendous company to deal with. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Refusing to acknowledge an item is faulty and mis-described on their website. Avoiding, confusing and patronising customer service. Also disregarding their legal responsibilities under consumer legislation. No wonder they went into liquidation. I suspect they will be in that position again soon.

Returns policy on sale items is wrong, you should change it to 28 days because some people can't get to the stores especially elderly in the winter. I bought a dress for my daughter for her birthday in the sale. She tried it on and it was too small. I took it back to the shop. I saw a nice jumper at £18, so was going to pay the extra £5 in exchange for the dress. I know she would have liked it, but because your policy states 14 days, I have lost £13 because the store wouldn't let me buy something else for her. So now I am stuck with a dress that doesn't fit her, and no birthday present, so I have to go out to get something else. It's wrong, especially to pensioners. I'm not going to go in the store again.

I was disgusted I had a top from for my birthday I didn't know my friend brought this in October it's my fault that I got it on the 18 th December my daughter took back for me because I am disabled they wouldn't give a refund or a credit note it's disgusting I will not shop once I get my money worth I have been a good customer not any more after it wasn't our fault

AVOID. Ordered a jumper in black with express delivery. Arrived in grey. Returned to store and also called customer services to get a black one sent out without having to repay for the postage. Second jumper arrived, again in GREY! Clearly, black version doesn’t exist despite what was advertised on website. I returned this jumper to Bonmarche on 3rd October. I am still waiting for my refund of the £4.50 postage to get it to me and the £3.55 postage to return it to them. I have called three times and sent the relevant proof over email that they have asked for. The customer service is absolutely awful. I won’t order from here again. The replied to my Trustpilot review asking me for more info, and then did nothing about it. They also asked me on social media for more info after I put comments on their posts - I gave them it and they have done NOTHING other than delete my posts! They don't like having bad reviews made public on their social media!! If they put as much effort into HELPING their customers as they did removing bad publicity then they'd be a better business.

What a shambolic company. Ordered item and never turned up. Same story Evri said lost in transit. After an hour calling they said they would send a form and i had to fill it in. Trouble was the form wasnt accessible when you tried to fill it in. What a scam they have going. Please dont use Bon Marche and Evri. They dont deserve your money.

Returned 2 blouses, posted via Royal Mail and tracking showed parcel had been returned to Their warehouse on 20th November, they finally refunded me for 1 blouse but not the other phoned but no one ever answers, have sent many emails they finally said they were escalating my claim but still no refund. May only be £16 but it’s my money, Reading all the bad reviews it seems they are stealing returns and making extra cash from their customers, will never by from them again

Ordered items, they arrived late, and sent the wrong items entirely.. had to pay and be further out of pocket to send the items back over a month ago, still waiting for the money back as they’re claiming “it wasn’t received” at their warehouse…. Have provided proof of postage and they’re still not giving my money back. AVOID!!!!!!!!

Terrible customer service. Bought some joggers at Shrewsbury branch that went bobbly after 2 days wear so complained to customer services who said after 1 week that I had to go back to the store. I explained it was not local to me so after another weeks wait I was asked if I could get a friend to do it for me! Seriously! This is customer service??? Avoid this store, especially if not local to you.

Terrible experience with customer services. Been trying for months to speak to someone. Phone not answered each time i try. Wanted to check gift card balance as online option not working and store cannot check balance. Terrible service.

Absolutely disgusted, you had Evri pick up a parcel from our address, returned goods to the value of £120, which was tracked to their depot, but somehow, never reached there our was stolen, and you don't want to reimburse us,disgusting, pensioners in our late 70s, struggling, and that's the service we get.

Bonmarche have failed me. Two Issues: I ordered a dress in exactly the same size as one I already own but in a different colour. This version was too small so I needed to return it. I used Evri which is one of their recognised couriers. It's now been lost in evri's tracking system for just under two weeks with no tracking movement. I have wasted 1-2 hours today trying to contact Bonmarche by all your social media/ customer service channels - all who refuse to help! It's not their fault apparently. Evri was their courier of choice, I didn't ask to use Evri. I'm absolutely fuming as I'm now out of pocket & have no dress & no recompense. Shame on you Bonmarche.

I had to return an online purchase via post as I had paid for it using PayPal. Despite being able to collect the order in store, you cannot return it that way. Postage costs must also be paid by the customer. After waiting over two weeks for a refund, I have now been told that the returns never arrived so no refund. I am now out of pocket for three tops + cost of postage. I have used Bon Marche for years but they have just lost a customer now.

Today, I needed help with my order on line. I phone up and spoke to a lovely lady called Barbara, nothing was to much trouble to her, she went out of her way to help me sort out what I was doing wrong. I would score her 10 out of 10 for her help and kindness. Thank you Barbara,you are a credit to Bonmarch’e

I returned a top to Bon Marche on 2 nd July and after 5 phone calls have still not received a refund. After reading all the reviews I think this is a corrupt company that literally steals its customers money. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM BON MARCHE UNLESS YOU CAN RETURN TO A SHOP FOR AREFUND.They do not refund on line.

I ordered £154. Worth of good on the 24/07/25. After 3 day Evri, the delivery company emailed me to say there was a problem.I have never received thst order. No communication from Bonmarche or Evri. I had to start chasing. That's when I was told that my order was lost in transit. I said I wanted a refund. I was told ok. When I checked the following week, I still hadn't had my money back. I then had to sit on the phone for 15 minutes to get through to someone. She kept saying hiw sorry she was and that the refund hadn't bern processed and that she would do. The worst part is she kept say she was sorry but then she started laughing!!. There was nothing to say I'll send you some form of compensation for your time, just someone trying to hind the laughing in her voice. Such shame, as the shop ladies are so nice and very good at their jobs. Wish I could say the same for the people at customs service!!
