Having returned a pair of trousers that had holes in the fabric therefore faulty expected to be refunded for my costs of returning parcel as stipulation in their own terms and conditions. I must have sent and received a dozen emails asking for this refund. Trousers ordered in June and they received them back early July.It is now mid August and although the refund for the trousers has been made I've still not received my postage costs. This is an unacceptable length of time and I'm sure they would be charging me interest if I owed them money. Most companies offer free returns and it takes less than a week for refunds to be processed. The length of time it took to get my refund back for the item was approx 1 month. Computer systems are instant therfore no excuses are acceptable.

Have tried ordering online many times over the last few weeks but told my card is invalid which it is not. My husband used his card and was told it too was invalid. Tried to pay using PayPal you've guessed it. It too was invalid. So not able to buy a jacket that was in the sale which has now sold out. Then this morning I got an email asking me to review it 😡. How can I review an item that I was unable to buy. So have now deleted my account even though I've spent hundreds of pounds over the years. Certainly won't use Bon marche again.

I ordered 2 dresses in June which still have not arrived. I have tried ringing, but after 40 and 50 minutes wait I gave up.I have emailed them three times, the last time axking for a refund. I have never received a reply to any of them. In effect they have taken my money and lots of other peoples, with no intention of supplying the goods. This surely must be illegal. Are they going bust !

Two items of womens clothing for someone from Manchester were delivered to my address in Newcastle. I contacted Bon Marche who asked me to take it to a local store. There are no Bon Marche shops in Newcastle. I am disabled, in a wheelchair. It's their mistake so they should pay for a returns label or send a courier to collect. Useless company!

I purchased a dress online on the 23/06/25 and now over 2 weeks later it still hasn’t arrived. A lady who lives 150 miles away kindly phoned me to say she has received it and now after emails and many phone calls (cust. services are as useful as a chocolate teapot) I’m still waiting. If you should phone expect to wait at least 25 mins before anyone answers that’s if they do, if they put you on hold expect to be cut off. I may use there shops in the future but I’ll never purchase anything online

Appalling customer service. I paid Evri to return but the courier refuses it because o return label. Cannot reach Bonmarche by telephone or email. Disgusted

Wish I had read these reviews before ordering trousers which have never arrived. No reply from telephoning customer service and no reply to e.mails either. Never used to be this bad, won't order from them again.

I’ve been waiting for a refund for over two months! I didn’t even order anything, there was a system error and they took money from my PayPal account. Terrible customer service, nothing is ever concluded. They’ve stolen from me really and they couldn’t give a damn. Steer clear of this disgusting company!

Ordered and paid for an order which has not arrived. Terrible customer service. There is no response to either emails or telephone calls. I suspect they have taken my money and are unable to fulfill the order. Worst customer service ever.

I did not receive my order and I cannot get anyone from customer services to answer phone .at least 4 times I have been left on hold for over 30mins before I have to hang up

Ordered a pair of cropped jeans which still haven't arrived,have emailed customer services 4times and also called 4 times all have been ignored Did check tracking and they never received the parcel,Local shop can't help as not ordered in store, very disappointed will not buy anything again

Returns policy shocking - happy to take your money but just because a flimsy piece of plastic broke from the tag so the label is not attached they won’t accept the return and this is sneakily advertised on a small sign by the til knowing full well no one reads it. Conning poor PE shooters out of money.

My mum has ordered a top from here and has got nothing in return. It was ordered over a month ago they took her money but never gave the goods. I would like to know what is going to be done about it!!!

Clothes poorly made and dont hang properly when wearing them, this is the third time i have experienced this porblem with bonmarche clothing so it is obvious the quality is poor

After contacting customer services on 3rd January I returned a pair of jeans as they were faulty and sent proof of postage as asked too .I was told my refund would be by cheque and take two weeks .Never arrived.Contacted customer services by email twice and phoned three times .After saying all cheques had been returned by the post office I was assured another one would be sent out to me .Its now March and still NO Refund.Absolutely terrible service!!!

I returned and paid for a parcel to be returned back to bonmarche and three weeks later i am still waiting for my refund. I have had better feed back from temu no quibbling about anything.

Sizes are inconsistent and are either huge or tiny ! Returns have to be paid for unlike most companies, and I'm still waiting to be recieve a refund from several weeks ago .

Again I have been caught out by paying through PayPal and then found out returns can't be taken back to the store. This is ridiculous as other retailers allow this. Why are we not warned about this when paying for online goods. Not good customer service Bonmarche.
